Tammy Staneart brings over 15 years of operational experience in Human Resources and service center management specifically related to payroll, benefits and compensation. As Principal Consultant for Cedar, Ms. Staneart is responsible for numerous services as they relate to employee and manager self service, vendor evaluation, process enhancement and business case development.

Ms. Staneart’s career has encompassed a wide range of HR/Payroll management responsibilities including service center operations and management, payroll management, HRIS management, vendor management and product development with an outsource service provider. She has assisted numerous organizations in strategic alignment, process reengineering, business requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and cost/benefit analyses for ERP and self service solutions.
